Alerts stop being sent until the next month or until you upgrade. Missed tweets appear in your Notification History with a Skipped (quota exhausted) status.
Yes — any activity from the monitored account counts as one alert. We don't currently offer filters to exclude them.

No. WallaWhats uses X's and WhatsApp's public APIs under their terms of service, but it's an independent product. We're not owned by or affiliated with Meta or X Corp.
