6. Manage your plan

Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription from inside WallaWhats at any time. No lock-in, no hidden fees.

Pro+ is the most popular tier and usually the best fit for users who want to follow a couple of accounts closely without jumping to Business.

Upgrade your plan

  1. On the Pricing page, click Upgrade to Pro (or the tier you want).
  2. You'll be redirected to the Stripe checkout page — it's hosted by Stripe, so your card details never touch WallaWhats servers.
  3. Enter your card details and billing address.
  4. Click Subscribe.
  5. You're redirected back to your dashboard with your new plan active.

Your alert quota and account slots are increased immediately.

Downgrade or cancel

Downgrading and cancellation happen through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessed from your Profile page.

  1. Click your name in the bottom-left of the sidebar (or Profile in the top-right nav) to open your profile.
  2. In the Subscription card, click Manage subscription — the Stripe Customer Portal opens in a new tab.
  3. In the portal you can:
    • Change plan — switch to a different tier
    • Cancel subscription — stops future charges
    • Update payment method
    • View invoices and receipts

When cancellation takes effect

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until that date, then drop to the Free tier.

No proration refunds for unused days — but you won't be charged again.

Billing cycle

  • Plans are billed monthly, auto-renewing.
  • Your first charge is immediate. Subsequent charges are on the same day each month.
  • Invoices are sent to your email and available in the Stripe portal.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription month. Contact support if you want to request one.

Taxes

Depending on your country, applicable sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout. Stripe handles the calculation.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

  • Your monitored accounts and history stay intact so you can come back and resume with the Free tier.
  • Your phone number stays verified.
  • You can delete your account entirely from the Profile page if you want everything removed.

Upgrading mid-cycle

If you upgrade partway through a month:

  • The new tier activates instantly.
  • Your existing alert count and account slots carry over to the new tier's limits.
  • Stripe prorates the charge: you're only billed for the remaining days at the new price.
  • On your next billing date, the full new-plan price kicks in.
