3. Monitor X accounts

Add the X (Twitter) accounts you want to track. Every time one of them publishes a post, you'll get a WhatsApp alert within seconds.

Step 1 — Open Subscriptions

From the left sidebar, click Subscriptions. You'll see the list of accounts you're currently monitoring (empty on a new account).

Step 2 — Add an X account

Fill in the form at the top of the page:

1. @username — the X handle to monitor. You can paste it with or without the @. Examples:
   • elonmusk
   • @BBCBreaking
   • taylorswift13
2. Send alerts to — pick which verified WhatsApp number receives alerts for this account. If you only have one number, it's selected automatically.
3. Click Add.

Handle format

X handles are case-insensitive and allow letters, digits, and underscores. Up to 15 characters.

Step 3 — Confirmation

If the handle exists, it appears in your list within a second. You'll see:

• The account's profile picture
• Their display name and @handle
• Which of your phones will receive alerts for them
• An Active toggle
• A Remove button

From this moment, any new post from that account triggers an alert to your WhatsApp.

Plan limits

Each tier has a maximum number of accounts you can monitor at the same time:

If you reach your limit, the Add button is disabled until you either remove an account or upgrade. A counter at the top shows X/Y accounts used.

Managing subscriptions

Remove an account

Click Remove next to the account. You'll stop receiving alerts immediately. You can re-add it later at any time.

Pause without removing

Toggle the Active switch off. The subscription stays in your list but no alerts are sent. Toggle it back on when you want to resume.

Change the destination phone

You can't edit the destination phone directly — remove the subscription and re-add it with the new phone selected.

Troubleshooting

"X user not found"

• Double-check the handle. Try without the @.
• Private/protected accounts can't be monitored.
• Suspended or deleted accounts return this error.

"Subscription limit reached"

• You've used all account slots for your plan. Either remove one or upgrade your plan.

"You need a verified WhatsApp number first"

• Go to Phone Numbers and complete phone verification before adding subscriptions.
